Customer Challenges

  • Training on how to map a process with a standardised approach. 
  • Introduce the LAYA team on how to find problems and devise solutions using the Lean Principles.

Our Solution

  • A highly interactive workshop on Process Mapping was designed to enable teams to develop, read & challenge any process.  
  • The series of 1 day workshops allowed large numbers of cross functional staff members to learn how to map a process.  
  • Using the Lean Principles, the team then learnt how to challenge the process to enable identifying opportunities for improvements.

Outcomes

  • These workshops have led to a saving on one process of 45minutes@day or 24days@year.
