The customer required a highly skilled facilitator to assist the faculty in the development of their strategy. This strategy had to have a clear alignment to the Universities strategy. The requirement was to provide a clear & simple template to enable the strategy to be cascaded across the faculty with a robust governance process. This process needed to drive priorities & successful delivery of the strategy.
Introduce senior faculty members to the Strategy development using the Hoshin Kanri model (Lean tool)
Using this model, it allows the teams to cascade the UL Strategy into the faculty & then into the schools/ departments within the faculty.
This model allows to identify clear gaps (if any) while ensuring the capture of measures of success

Development of a clear, concise & relevant strategy aligned to the University & across the faculty
Roadmap of programs across the 3 years with clear measures of success
A governance process to drive progress & alignment to the strategy
